The Therapy
What is CBH Therapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and evidenced based Clinical Hypnotherapy. This powerful integration is proven to be more effective at bringing about positive and lasting changes than using either approach on its own.

About the Therapy
How can CBH help me?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy combined with Hypnotherapy is quick, it allows you to move forward, it does not keep you stuck in a mindset where you feel you have to continue feeling the way you do indefinitely. The sessions are goal orientated, and we use tools and techniques to help you to become your own therapist, to recognize the signs of when you are about to feel anxious which would have previously resulted in a state of Anxiety and often Panic Attacks. We change these Cognitions (thoughts) which will change the way we Feel (reactions) which in turn will change your end Behaviours. This is a new way of becoming, a new way of behaving. We set a goal together and work within 4-10 sessions depending on you the client. We will always check in and establish the progress of the client. We work together to give you the confidence to leave me knowing you have the skills/tools to continue to the good work.
