How Can CBH Help Me?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy combined with Hypnotherapy is quick. It allows you to move forward and does not keep you stuck in a mindset where you feel you have to continue feeling the way you do indefinitely.

How It Works:

A Goal-Oriented Approach

The sessions are goal-oriented, and we use tools and techniques to help you become your own therapist. You’ll learn to recognise the signs of when you are about to feel anxious—signs that would have previously resulted in a state of anxiety and often panic attacks.

A New Way of Becoming

We change these cognitions (thoughts), which will change the way you feel (reactions), which in turn will change your end behaviours. This is a new way of becoming, a new way of behaving.

We set a goal together and work within 4–10 sessions depending on you, the client. 

I will always check in and establish the progress of the client. We work together to give you the confidence to leave me knowing you have the skills and tools to continue the good work.

Your first consultation is a complimentary 20-minute session where we’ll discuss your needs and explore how Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy can help you.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice to be given when re-arranging or cancelling an appointment, otherwise the full cost of the session will be payable
